Vantor is seeking a seasoned Training Program Manager with a strong background in training curriculum development and analysis for a growing number of customer requirements. You will lead efforts to update training materials and delivery for the IC Science and Technologies mission.
You will work closely with IC counterparts, DIE, and industry partners to ensure cutting-edge S&T methodologies are applied. DoD/IC experience and ability to obtain CI Poly are highly valued.

The team is tremendously talented, and we need to add a seasoned Training Program Manager with a strong foundation in training curriculum development and analysis for a growing number of customer requirements. Previous experience working on-site to support the DoD and the intelligence community is highly desirable.
In this role you will be part of a critical Intelligence Community (IC) Science and Technologies mission providing a government leadership team with subject matter expertise in training program management. You will lead the office's effort to review and revise science and technology career field professional development and training materials, content, and their delivery. Working closely with counterparts across the IC, DIE, and industry & academia you will help ensure that our customer is staying on the cutting edge of advancements in S&T-based technologies and methodologies.

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.
