Job summary
Vantor in Reston, VA is seeking a seasoned Training Program Manager for the IC/DoD space to lead curriculum development and analysis across evolving customer requirements. You will collaborate with IC partners, industry and academia to keep training materials current, review programs, and deliver targeted instruction; active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required for consideration.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline.
- 6+ years in geophysical TechINT processing, exploiting and analyzing data.
- Recent TechINT training/techniques/tools experience and related reports.
- Experience with MASINT/IMINT/OSINT/SIGINT/HUMINT data sources.
Responsibilities
- Lead review and revision of science/tech career field training materials.
- Coordinate with IC, DIE, industry and academia to align capabilities.
- Ensure training stays at the cutting edge of S&T methodologies.
- Deliver programs and materials to diverse audiences within government.
