Job summary

Plano ISD is seeking a Technology Warehouse Manager to direct daily operations of the Central Technology Warehouse, ensuring secure receiving, processing, repair, and deployment of district assets for 50,000+ students and staff.

This role guarantees SLA-compliant campus deliveries, minimizes instructional downtime, and enforces strict chain-of-custody protocols while leading a mix of technical staff and seasonal workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent warehouse management experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily workflows of the warehouse floor, including receiving, tagging, unboxing, repair queues and outbound staging.
• Enforces chain-of-custody protocols and SOPs to align with the ITAM database.
• Manages warehouse layout to optimize throughput and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Partner with the Technology Operations Project Manager for deployments and events.
• Supervises and trains core staff and seasonal workers; oversees end-of-year processing.
