Job summary

EON Applications, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technology to lead our cloud-based HR tech SaaS platform, guiding software development, architecture, cloud infra, and security.

This role partners with executives to evolve the technology roadmap and deliver reliable, scalable solutions for customers. The ideal candidate combines hands-on leadership with strategic vision, mentoring engineers, aligning initiatives with business goals, and driving product delivery, compliance, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing software development teams.
• Experience leading SaaS application development and operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, web applications, APIs, and software architecture.
• Experience managing technology roadmaps and product delivery cycles.
• Proven success leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
