Job summary

Eon seeks a Director of Strategic Technology Partnerships to shape and own a focused portfolio of AI, data, and cloud partnerships in the Bay Area. You will identify where Eon can create value with AI infrastructure providers, neoclouds, and foundation model companies, and translate ideas into technology integrations and large business opportunities.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, shaping partnerships from concept through execution, and representing the

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise technology sales, or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of the AI, Data, and cloud infrastructure landscape and where the ecosystem is heading.
• A strong network of relationships with senior leaders across AI infrastructure, neoclouds, foundation models.
• Track record of creating and closing complex, non-standard strategic partnerships or commercial opportunities.
• Experience developing technology partnerships, integrations, OEM/licensing, joint GTM motions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own strategic relationships with a focused set of high-value companies across AI, Data, and cloud infra.
• Develop trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, product teams, and technical decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for Eon to become embedded within emerging AI and data ecosystems.
• Create and drive non-traditional partnership models, including tech integrations, co-selling, and strategic agreements.
• Identify relationships that convert to large enterprise opportunities and work with Sales to develop them.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate strategic integrations and opportunities.
• Develop business cases and partnership strategies, align stakeholders, drive execution.
• Represent Eon externally and build presence across AI and Data ecosystems.
• Bring market intelligence back to influence product, tech, and GTM strategy.
• Help establish the playbook for Eon’s strategic technology partnerships.
