Job summary

Eon is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in New York. You’ll own the full recruiting cycle for technical and customer-facing roles, partnering with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and pipeline strong candidates across engineering, data, AI, and support functions.

You will manage candidate screening, interviews, and offers, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, focused on technical and/or customer-facing roles.
• Experience recruiting FDEs, Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, SCM or similar profiles.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for technical and customer-facing roles from sourcing through closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and hiring plans.
• Source and engage top technical talent across engineering, cloud, data, AI, support, and customer-facing functions.
• Manage interview processes to ensure a fast, structured, and high-quality experience.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and communicate Eon’s technology and mission.
