Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
At least 15 years in information technology with 10 years in management/strategy.
MBA or MS in related field with 10 years’ experience, 7 in managerial roles.

Responsibilities

Establishes the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
Works consultatively with department heads (marketing, production, operations) as advisor of technologies to improve efficiency.
Provides leadership to department heads in a way that supports culture, mission and values.
Conducts research and case studies on leading-edge technologies and assesses implementation probability.
Acts as steward of resources and ensures control of IT and IO budgets.
