Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or IT, Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in software engineering or technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven experience executing technology strategy.
• Strong background in software architecture, cloud computing, and modern practices.
• Experience managing budgets and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology vision and long-term roadmap.
• Align tech initiatives with business goals and growth strategy.
• Oversee SDLC, CI/CD, release management.
• Lead engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and IT teams.
• Advise executive leadership and Board on technology risks.
• Support fundraising and strategic partnerships when needed.
