Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• At least 15 years in information technology with 10 years in management/strategy.
• MBA or MS in related field with 10 years’ experience, 7 in managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
• Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
• Works consultatively with department heads (marketing, production, operations) as advisor of technologies to improve efficiency.
• Provides leadership to department heads in a way that supports culture, mission and values.
• Conducts research and case studies on leading-edge technologies and assesses implementation probability.
• Acts as steward of resources and ensures control of IT and IO budgets.
