Job summary

HCVT is seeking an MBA intern to support strategic technology and business transformation engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. This internship offers hands-on experience in technology strategy, ERP implementations, data analytics, AI, and change management while working with seasoned consultants.

You will analyze client operations, participate in workshops, help develop transformation roadmaps, and contribute to client presentations and internal practice development.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology, transformation, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or tech implementations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, AI, or automation.
• Experience conducting business analysis and presenting findings.
• Willingness to transition into consulting with transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operations, processes, and tech environments to identify improvements.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
