HCVT is seeking an MBA intern to support technology and business transformation engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. You will work with experienced consultants to assess challenges, evaluate solutions, and develop actionable recommendations across ERP, data analytics, AI, and automation initiatives.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to technology strategy, change management, and transformation projects within a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

Experience in technology, transformation, or management consulting.
Experience supporting cross-functional technology implementations or process improvements.
Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, AI, or automation initiatives.
Ability to analyze business issues and develop actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

Support technology and business transformation engagements by analyzing client operations and processes.
Participate in client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Conduct research to evaluate potential solutions and develop recommendations.
Assist in developing technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Support ERP evaluations, system selection, and implementation activities.
Prepare client presentations and deliverables communicating findings.
