The Deputy Director, Technology (DD-Tech) leads the Office of the Deputy Commissioner/Director, Technology Transformation Services (TTS), whose mission is to design and deliver a digital government for the American public.

TTS builds the future of government service delivery, innovation, and modernization, partnering with federal agencies and industry to advance shared platforms and standards, while ensuring secure, accessible services for citizens.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's digital technology products, programs and architecture.
• Prioritize TTS-wide technical standards and cross-leveraging government capabilities for cost-efficient solutions.
• Lead the management and improvement of TTS technical practices, security and controls.
• Communicate with senior and executive stakeholders, including Congress, OMB, other agencies and industry leaders.
• Develop and advise on policies, plans and practices with government-wide impact related to digital technology.
