Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Project Manager to lead tech transfer for new resin manufacturing facilities in Muskegon, MI. You will define, plan, and drive workstreams, report progress to stakeholders, and manage deviations, regulatory requirements, and risks to reach KPI targets.

On-site role reporting to the MSAT Director within the Resin & Technologies unit; 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or related operations preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in chemical manufacturing or related operations.
• Experience leading projects or teams with execution responsibility.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions and levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop project teams, setting priorities and driving delivery against objectives.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to maintain timelines.
• Establish cross-functional communication for clarity and timely decisions.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to manage scope, quality, and timelines.
• Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring regulatory and quality standards.
