Job summary

Cytiva in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Project Manager to lead tech transfer activities for new resin manufacturing facilities. This on-site role reports to the Director MSAT and requires directing workstreams, coordinating with multiple teams, and managing regulatory and quality considerations to achieve KPI targets.

You will build strong stakeholder alignment, monitor progress, and drive risk mitigation in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related industrial operations.
• Experience leading projects or teams with accountability for execution and outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels to drive alignment and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and drive delivery of defined objectives.
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to meet timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Define and monitor KPIs and manage deviations while maintaining safety standards.
