Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead tech transfer activities for new resin manufacturing facilities in Muskegon. This on‑site role reports to the Director MSAT within the Resin & Technologies Business Unit Operations in Muskegon, MI, and drives KPI delivery while managing deviations and regulatory requirements.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure timely decision‑making, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or related industrial operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels.

• Lead and develop project teams by providing direction, setting priorities, and driving accountability for delivery against defined objectives.
• Manage execution of project workstreams by tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues to maintain timelines and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage scope, quality, and timelines while driving issue resolution.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure all activities comply with regulatory, legal, and internal quality and safety standards.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading tech transfer activities to the new resin manufacturing facilities in Muskegon according to QMS, PLP, DBS and local instructions to reach project KPI’s. The project manager will define, plan and drive the project workstream and communicate progress to stakeholders as well as managing deviations, regulatory requirements and risks based on business decisions. This position reports to the Director MSAT and is part of the Resin & Technologies Business Unit Operations located in Muskegon, MI and will be an on‑site role.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. Prefer minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or related industrial operations. Experience leading projects or teams with accountability for execution and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels to drive alignment and decisions. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with the ability to assess risks, prioritize actions, and deliver results in a regulated environment.
