Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Technical Operations & Asset Reliability to lead the Muskegon site. This role focuses on manufacturing equipment, maintenance, OT infrastructure and applications, reporting to the Senior Director Operations.

On-site responsibilities will drive reliability and continuous improvement across the site. You will build capability, manage budgets, and lead capital and automation initiatives to improve reliability and OEE while aligning with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Extensive leadership in Technical Operations, Maintenance, OT, Engineering or Manufacturing Support.
• Measurable TPM improvements in availability, reliability and OEE.
• Knowledge of RCM, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Understanding life sciences regulatory and quality expectations.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing technical teams and lead change.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a comprehensive asset management strategy to maximize equipment reliability and lifecycle value.
• Ensure high uptime and availability through proactive maintenance and resource planning.
• Drive TPM deployment across the site to strengthen ownership and OEE.
• Lead capital planning and provide resources for equipment upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Establish metrics and visual management for reliability, maintenance, calibration and readiness.
• Develop organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and a high-performance culture.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, RCA and root-cause analysis.
