You will work with approved templates, learn contract terminology, and receive structured training with senior staff reviewing drafts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant contract administration experience preferred but not required.
• Training provided with structured onboarding and templates.

Responsabilités

• Prepare initial drafts of routine confidentiality agreements and material transfer agreements using approved templates.
• Assist senior staff with portions of license, option, interinstitutional, sponsored research, or collaboration agreements.
• Track agreements from intake through execution using contract management systems.
• Maintain files and version histories and ensure required approvals and signatures.
