• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships, OEM, vendor, supplier, and manufacturing agreements.
• Advising on technology transactions, SaaS agreements, software licensing, and intellectual property issues.
• Supporting product development and commercialization, including identifying and addressing legal risks associated with new products and business initiatives.
• Partnering with business, product, engineering, and other internal teams to structure and negotiate commercial arrangements.
• Providing practical legal guidance on contractual obligations, risk allocation, IP ownership, and other business issues.
• Helping support the company's growth through strategic commercial arrangements and cross-functional initiatives.
