• Advising on technology transactions, SaaS agreements, software licensing, and intellectual property issues.
• Supporting product development and commercialization, including identifying and addressing legal risks associated with new products and business initiatives.
• Partnering with business, product, engineering, and other internal teams to structure and negotiate commercial arrangements.
• Providing practical legal guidance on contractual obligations, risk allocation, IP ownership, and other business issues.
• Helping support the company's growth through strategic commercial arrangements and cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of legal experience, with a background in commercial transactions technology agreements. Experience at a law firm and/or in-house is welcome.

Responsibilities include:
