Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial matters involving technology and intellectual property.
• Active bar membership in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft SaaS and cloud-based agreements.
• Handle software license and professional services agreements.
• Manage outsourcing, supply, and distribution agreements.
• Advise on IP and tech issues in corporate transactions.
• Conduct diligence on chain of title and licensing matters.
