Job summary

You will draft and negotiate technology and IP license agreements, manage SaaS and customer agreements, and contribute to collaboration and strategic alliance projects, with emphasis on accuracy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in technology transactions, IP, or related commercial work.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Curiosity about technology, including AI and open source software.
