Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and sourcing.
- Experience with AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets is welcome.
- Current law firm experience required.
- Superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
- Relevant coursework in business, technology, and intellectual property law.
- Bar admission in good standing.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
Responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
- Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements.
- Manage software, data, and IP development agreements.
- Negotiate channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
- Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and financial transactions.
