BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Junior-to-Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate in Dallas, Texas. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience focusing on corporate and commercial matters related to technology and intellectual property.

Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting agreements, advising on IP issues, conducting due diligence, and assisting with technology-related transaction documents. A Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in the state are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in technology transactions.
• Active member of the bar in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft SaaS and cloud-based agreements.
• Handle outsourcing, supply, distribution, and manufacturing agreements.
• Advise on IP and tech issues in corporate transactions.
• Conduct diligence on chain of title and data processing matters.
• Assist with transaction documents related to technology and IP.
