Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build and manage pipelines for technical roles, including AI/ML, software, and data positions. You will collaborate with recruiters, analyze talent landscapes, and support a dynamic sourcing strategy across the Experienced & Specialty team.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in sourcing, strong communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of talent sourcing experience.
• Proven experience sourcing technical talent (software/data engineers, AI/ML roles).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent time and project management with high-volume recruiting.
• Strong intellectual curiosity about talent markets and roles.
• Creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS and/or Eightfold a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build robust talent pipelines with a focus on technical roles.
• Use sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Eightfold, social media) to identify pools.
• Understand talent landscape and build a competitive intelligence knowledge base.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify top talent and execute sourcing strategy.
• Maintain clarity on openings with the Talent Sourcing Senior Manager.
• Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with recruiters.
• Perform initial contact and screen candidates as directed.
• Engage in sourcing initiatives across experienced and specialty roles.
• Work with the broader Experienced and Specialty Talent team.
