Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is growing its Boston-area sourcing team and seeks a Talent Sourcer. You’ll build candidate pipelines for sales, tech, and finance searches, using AI tools to speed up research and outreach.

The role collaborates closely with recruiters and account managers and includes 4 days onsite in Quincy with remote Fridays. You’ll utilize Claude or ChatGPT for research and drafting outreach, maintain ATS records, and help refine sourcing strategy across multiple

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related function.
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
Comfortable handling multiple searches and priorities at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS).
Based in or able to commute to Quincy, MA 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

Build and manage candidate pipelines across active searches in sales, tech, and finance.
Use sourcing tools and AI to speed up research, identify candidates, and draft outreach.
Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand role requirements.
Conduct initial outreach and qualify candidate interest and fit.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Crelate).
Flag pipeline gaps or sourcing challenges early and adjust strategy.
