Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for BCG, focusing on technical and AI-focused roles. Based in Chicago or Brooklyn, you will collaborate with recruiters and build robust pipelines while advancing sourcing strategies in a high-impact environment.

You will work within a hybrid model, traveling up to 10% as needed, and contribute to delivering premier talent across experienced and specialty functions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of talent sourcing experience.
• Proven experience sourcing technical talent (software/data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML roles).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership mentality and proactive approach.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS and/or Eightfold is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and high-quality talent pipelines with a primary focus on technical talent.
• Use sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Eightfold, social media) to identify pools of talent for hard-to-fill roles.
• Gain deep understanding of talent landscape and build competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with recruiters to implement sourcing strategy and support open requisitions.
• Maintain data-driven updates for broader internal communication.
• Conduct initial contact and screening with candidates.
• Engage in sourcing initiatives across Experienced & Specialty roles as needed.
• Work with the Experienced & Specialty Talent team led by the Senior Director.
