You will maintain ATS data hygiene, report on metrics, and contribute to talent mapping and proactive hiring strategies. This role centers on hunt-style sourcing for cutting-edge tech teams in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
Proven ability to source passive candidates with advanced techniques (Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong technical fluency; ability to discuss hardware/silicon, AI/ML with engineers.

Responsibilities

Build and own top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles, focusing on hardware/silicon and AI/ML engineering profiles.
Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, conferences, and referrals.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate role requirements into precise candidate profiles and search strategies.
Run personalized outreach to engage passive senior talent and convert cold contacts into conversations.
Maintain data hygiene in the ATS and report on pipeline health and conversion rates.
