Stradit LLC is seeking a seasoned Sourcer to partner with Recruiters in building creative, tailored strategies to engage passive candidates for technology roles. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data and AI, while continuously building pipelines for current and future needs.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional IT recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment; agency experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Experience leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to source and guide hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with current laws concerning recruitment and employment (EEO, ADA, labor relations).

• Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles.
• Partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
• Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines and networks for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage job boards, sourcing tools, ATS/CRM to identify and engage top technolgy talent.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring strategies and business decisions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Understand technology talent market conditions and emerging recruiting trends.
• Embrace innovative recruiting strategies and digital tools to improve recruitment outcomes.
