Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build robust pipelines for technical roles, including AI-focused positions, and to collaborate closely with recruiters. You will engage in proactive sourcing strategies and maintain a data-driven approach to support open requisitions.

Based in our Chicago or Brooklyn offices, you will join the Experienced & Specialty Talent team, contributing to timely and quality candidate delivery within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in agency, professional services, or in-house with an international organization.
• Proven experience sourcing technical talent (software/data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML roles) strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruitment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build robust talent pipelines with a focus on technical roles including AI-focused positions and broader tech/product roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to deliver high-impact hires across openings.
• Maintain data-driven updates and provide support to Talent Acquisition partners.
