Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top technical talent for BCG, focusing on AI/ML and product roles. You will build pipelines and collaborate with recruiters to fill roles across the Chicago and Brooklyn offices.

You’ll gain deep insights into the talent market, work with senior managers, and contribute to a high-impact hiring strategy in a hybrid environment that blends in-office collaboration with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in agency, professional services, or with international orgs.
• Proven experience sourcing software/data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong time and project management with high-volume recruiting and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build robust pipelines focusing on technical talent, including AI-focused roles.
• Use sourcing methods like LinkedIn, Eightfold, and social media to identify talent pools.
• Understand talent landscape and maintain competitive intelligence on companies/candidates.
• Support recruiters by executing sourcing strategies and adapting to needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Sourcing Senior Manager to manage openings and time-to-fill targets.
• Share data-driven updates with recruiters and stakeholders.
• Conduct initial contact and screening of candidates as directed.
• Engage across Experienced & Specialty Talent team as needed.
