Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a proactive Recruiting Sourcer to own sourcing for Engineering and ML roles, building high-quality pipelines in a fast-growing startup. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate requirements into strategy and craft personalized outreach that earns replies from passive technical candidates.

Leverage ATS and AI recruiting tools, track metrics to optimize funnel health, and expand diverse pipelines through communities and events while upholding EvenUp's

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing technical roles, including ML/AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers.
• Ability to build pipeline from scratch using multi-channel sourcing.
• Strong data fluency to diagnose issues and optimize outreach.
• Adaptability and growth mindset in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing for Engineering and ML roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate role requirements into sourcing strategy.
• Evaluate technical profiles to assess fit and prioritize outreach.
• Craft personalized outreach and nurture sequences to earn replies from passive candidates.
• Use data to drive your approach and diagnose stalled searches.
• Map talent markets and share insights on compensation and trends.
• Build and maintain pipelines and communities for future needs.
• Pilot new sourcing tools and AI-enabled approaches and share results.
• Champion EvenUp’s values and candidate experience in every interaction.
