• 3+ years recruiting software engineers and developers.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; any degree related to engineering or software development is nice to have.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Act as central clearinghouse for Software Engineering and Developer talent acquisition.
• Source talent, prescreen candidates, and assess eligibility and fit for roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and manage interviewing, selection and offers.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal partners and external candidates.
• Advise on processes and use metrics to improve recruiting activities.
