Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking recruiters to join our Workforce Solutions delivery teams in Charlotte. You will source, screen, and qualify candidates for external clients, handling full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to placement and beyond.

We value proactive approaches, teamwork, and the ability to drive ideas while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Office with remote Fridays is the current working style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting for a staffing agency.
• General knowledge of the staffing ecosystem including contract staffing, contract to hire placements, and direct hire recruiting.
• Exposure to Government recruiting, IT/Engineering roles, and high-volume VMS clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for outside clients.
• Maintain relationships with candidates from sourcing through placement and beyond.
• Assist candidates through the hiring process and chase documents/time cards when needed.
