Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong technology acumen with familiarity in software engineering concepts and fintech/trading technology roles.
• Working knowledge of financial services and capital markets concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and fintech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial phone screens assessing technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes.
