Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcing Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the technology org. You will identify, attract, and hire top technical talent, building robust pipelines from scratch and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to craft job descriptions, define ideal profiles, and optimize interview processes in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle Technical Sourcing Recruiter experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup experience preferred; ability to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across the technology org.
• Build pipelines for software engineering, data science, ML, and product teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, forums, and networks.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Track pipeline health metrics and recruiting performance.
• Participate in continuous process improvements.
