Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, engineering leaders and technical teams to understand software hiring requirements.
• Translate technical role requirements into sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans.
• Identify and engage software engineering talent through LinkedIn, talent communities, referrals, campus networks and other channels.
• Support hiring across AI/ML, cloud, distributed systems, cybersecurity, OS, application development and compiler technologies.
• Review and evaluate candidate profiles by analyzing technical competencies and role fit.
• Conduct candidate conversations to understand technical expertise and career goals for IBM opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand software skills.
• Provide hiring teams with market insights, talent availability and pipeline updates.
• Maintain high touch candidate experience across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
