Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with 3-5 years of recruiting experience to support our Data Center teams within the Technology Market. You will work closely with engineering and project leaders to recruit for highly specialized technical positions across mechanical, electrical, controls, structural engineering and facility roles.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, source niche talent, coordinate interviews, advise hiring managers, manage offers, and oversee pre-employment steps to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or rapidly changing environments.
• Agency recruiting experience, supporting engineering or other technical disciplines preferred.
• Strong business acumen enabling quick understanding of project priorities and guide decisions.

• Collaborate with technical leadership to develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies.
