Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in New York. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, employing market intelligence and cutting-edge strategies to meet critical recruiting needs.

You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, build a strong candidate network, manage bench pipelines, and ensure submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer success. Salary includes bonus/benefits and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience across all recruitment stages in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies and manage client relationships (RPO).
• Proficient with ATS and MS Office; active in social media recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and address hiring objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation to add client value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals; manage ATS reports and admin tasks.
