Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in workforce strategy, program innovation, program development, project management, talent-pipeline development, education, marketing, operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years designing and launching new programs or initiatives from concept through implementation and scale.
• 2+ years thinking creatively, challenging conventional approaches, and translating ambitious ideas into executable strategies.
• 2+ years supporting senior or executive leadership through strategic analysis, recommendations, presentations, and special assignments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team and network of project contributors, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive early-engagement strategy to expand the technician pipeline.
• Design and incubate new programs, partnerships, and experiences for workforce development.
• Design and scale pilots with clear objectives, success metrics, and transition plans.
• Provide executive-level presentations, strategy decks, and business cases for initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with disciplined planning and governance.
• Lead data-centric evaluation of programs to measure awareness, engagement, placement, and ROI.
• Develop governance structures, playbooks, and documentation for scalable operation.
• Oversee Forward Tech media, marketing, and storytelling to boost awareness of technician careers.
• Build strategic partnerships with education, industry, government, and community organizations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance and ROI.
• Drive strategic planning and financial management for the technician-pipeline portfolio.
