Ford Motor Company, Detroit, is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to lead Lincoln’s long-range strategy within the Ford enterprise. You will develop and deliver strategic roadmaps, work with engineering, product, marketing and finance to align initiatives with market needs.

This leadership role requires 8+ years in strategy and product development, strong problem-solving, and the ability to present to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive strategy experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with a Master's.
• Experience in product development is required.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate Hypotheses: frame and structure problem solving across topics on your work stream with leadership input.
• Structure and Solve The Problem: define roadmaps and prioritize initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct Analyses: perform market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Convert Insights into Competitive Advantage: develop a data-driven fact base and make sound recommendations.
• Communicate Effectively and Persuasively: present strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders.
