Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technician Success Program Innovation Manager to drive the technician-pipeline strategy, lead an innovation engine across education, industry, and community channels, and scale pilots into sustainable programs. The role requires a visionary strategist with strong execution discipline and a track record of guiding complex initiatives to measurable results.

You will oversee cross-functional work, manage executive-level proposals, and partner with Ford and Lincoln

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workforce strategy, program innovation, program development, project management, talent‑pipeline development, education, marketing, operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years designing and launching new programs or initiatives from concept through implementation and scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team and network of project contributors, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive early-engagement strategy to increase awareness of automotive careers and expand the technician pipeline.
• Imagine, design, and develop new programs, experiences, partnerships, campaigns, and talent pathways.
• Lead pilots that test new talent sources, engagement experiences, and partnerships; establish clear objectives and success measures.
• Coordinate complex dependencies across internal teams, dealers, field organizations, vendors, agencies, educational institutions, and community partners.
