InterEx Group is hiring a Delivery Consultant in Miami, FL, focused 100% on candidate delivery. This full-time, office-based role supports high-performing 360 consultants to fill active tech vacancies across the U.S.

You will source, interview, qualify, and move candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced Miami office. No business development or client management is required, just performance-driven candidate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 360 consultants to fill active tech vacancies across the U.S.
• Source ERP, CRM, and Data professionals using headhunting, networking, and market mapping
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical capability, motivations, and cultural fit
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and be a trusted advisor in your market
• Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven Miami office environment
