Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years recruiting for technology-based or business-system related roles (Workday, Dynamics, and NetSuite).
• Understanding of various programming languages, tools, technologies, and other tech-related work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutions to meet and match client needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple roles at any given time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and other creative methods.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements need per client.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Prepare candidates' recommendations for the end client.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
