Job summary

Loop is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles in a growing tech company. This is an in-person role based in Chicago, NYC, or San Francisco, with in-office presence 4+ days per week.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to translate talent needs into structured interview loops, design scalable processes, and develop proactive sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Strong partner and communicator who uses data to drive hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate talent needs into hiring strategies and design interview loops.
• Build and evolve scalable recruiting processes, tools, and practices.
• Develop sourcing strategies that expand talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Establish and track recruiting metrics to monitor funnel health and performance.
• Elevate candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication and high execution standards.
• Collaborate with the People team on talent initiatives.
