Charles Schwab is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with Schwab Technology Services on strategic technology recruiting. You will shape recruiting plans, build talent pipelines, and guide evidence-based hiring decisions to satisfy business needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition or related roles involving candidate assessment, stakeholder consultation, talent pipelines, workforce planning, or hiring process management.
• Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies for complex, specialized, or hard-to-fill technology roles (e.g., developers, cybersecurity, software engineers, etc.).
• Ability to apply skills-based hiring practices, including identifying role-relevant capabilities, evaluating evidence, and supporting structured selection decisions.
• Strong consultative communication skills, including the ability to clarify needs, frame options, influence stakeholders, and deliver clear recommendations.
• Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect business priorities, workforce needs, and market insights to recruiting strategy.
• Change agility and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Results orientation, including the ability to manage multiple requisitions, maintain momentum, and follow through on commitments.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning by staying current on emerging technologies, industry innovations, and future workforce capabilities that impact technology hiring.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and common recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape talent strategy by building and executing recruiting plans aligned with business priorities and market insights.
• Lead intake discussions to define role outcomes, required skills, success measures, and selection priorities.
• Advise hiring leaders with practical recommendations and talent options.
• Create and nurture high-quality pipelines for current and future technology hiring needs.
• Use sourcing tools, referrals, outreach strategies, and market research to engage prospective talent.
• Develop structured interview plans and evidence-based debriefs with stakeholders.
• Guide hiring partners through talent tradeoffs and timely decisions.
• Provide transparent, engaging candidate experiences throughout the process.
• Adapt recruiting strategies to evolving business needs and shifting priorities.
