Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related roles.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex, tech roles.
• Skills-based hiring practices and evidence-based selection.
• Strong consultative communication and stakeholder influence.
• Strategic thinking linking business, market insights and recruiting.
• Change agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and recruiting tools.
