Taboola is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Tech recruitment team in Tel Aviv, shaping technology hires that drive business success. You will partner with hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment, and build a strong, diverse pipeline while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end processes, drive strategic hiring, and contribute to employer branding in a fast-growing tech environment at Taboola.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences.
• 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience for technical positions within a global company.
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
• Strong sourcing skills with creative talent engagement approaches.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech roles from brief to offer.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and build high-performing teams.
• Drive proactive sourcing to create a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Conduct in-depth interviews assessing technical skills and culture fit.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflecting Taboola’s values.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen market position.
