Job summary

Taboola is seeking a Strategy Manager in our Strategy & Intelligence team (Tel Aviv Office) to drive strategic projects and growth initiatives. You will work with senior leadership and global stakeholders, leading programs from analysis to execution, coordinating multiple teams and guiding by influence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategic consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, strategy or corporate development, or product management at a tech company
• Experience with tech products and business models
• Strong cross-functional coordination and influence
• Ability to build financial models and conduct market analyses
• Comfort deriving insights from diverse data sources
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and process management
• Excellent written and spoken English

As a Strategy Manager in our Strategy & Intelligence team in our Tel Aviv Office, you will help drive some of Taboola's most strategic projects and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Intelligence, you will work closely with senior leadership and diverse global stakeholders, leading cross-functional projects from initial analysis through execution and project management. This is a high-impact role in a small, elite team at the focal point of Taboola's strategic decision-making and growth, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and turn strategic thinking into action.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity or venture capital, strategy or corporate development, or product management at a technology company
• Experience working with or at a tech company, with a strong understanding of technology products and business models
• Strong project management skills, including hands-on experience managing strategic projects and the ability to coordinate stakeholders and lead by influence
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience analyzing business opportunities and building financial or business models
• Strong research skills and a curious, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to derive insights from scarce and non-trivial sources of information
• Ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis and process management - coding experience is not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse local and global stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Bonus points if you have:

• Prior experience in ad-tech or the digital advertising industry

How you'll make an impact:

• Lead a variety of highly impactful cross-functional strategic projects, from initial analysis through execution and project management, including organic growth initiatives and M&A processes
• Work closely with senior management and diverse global stakeholders, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring high-quality delivery
• Take ownership of project management for some of Taboola's most strategic growth initiatives, coordinating senior stakeholders and driving execution
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of markets, companies, products and business models to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
• Build financial analyses and business models to support strategic decision-making
• Lead discussions around growth engines, strategic planning and other key company priorities
• Translate complex analyses and research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior decision makers
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and process management, and identify opportunities to improve how the team operates
