Connexity, a Taboola company, headquartered in Santa Monica, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S. roles.

The role reports to the Director, Global TA and focuses on building pipelines, improving processes, and maintaining data accuracy in Workable. Hybrid work with two days in the Santa Monica office, you will drive sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, set hiring goals, and ensure timely, high-quality hires across technical and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in-house within tech or digital media.
• Proven ability to recruit across functions including technical and business roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social channels.
• Experience with an ATS (Workable preferred) and maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders and candidates.
• Strong interviewing skills across structured, performance-based and panel formats.
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles in a fast-paced environment and understand US hiring law.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Set and monitor hiring goals in coordination with leadership.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report on time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft job descriptions.
• Improve candidate experience through timely, professional communication.
• Partner with HR on inclusive candidate and employee experiences.
