• Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships while providing regular, transparent, data-driven updates on recruiting progress, market insights, and challenges.


• Build sourcing strategies, plans, and pipelines with attention to both quality and diversity.

• Collaborate on creating and implementing recruiting strategies that support long-range company growth.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable success in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for technical roles.

• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including setting expectations, influencing decisions, and facilitating consensus among senior leaders.


• Ability to work in a sometimes ambiguous, growing company environment.
